I have Sony Xperia c3 dual and it has 4.7 gb of internal storage my friend also have Sony Xperia c3 dual but his phone has 5.1 gb of internal storage

Do you have the exact preloaded apps? 

have you downloaded any app?

have you updated the apps?

No we don't have the exact same apps cuz I deleted my preloaded apps (I don't use them)
Yes I have downloaded apps but he has downloaded apps too
Yes I updated the apps but he hasn't

You have answered your own question, you don't have the exact apps, you could both do this

repair both phones with PCC and compare internal storage, w/o updating any app

I have loads space in my internal storage but i dont know how yo use it. Everything going on my device storage which runs out but have loads of space on.internal. Please help me to use my internal storage.
