Keep getting the following message appear on screen, Cannot write to the disc because an error occured [0070-0012-8019-00008000] HELP needed please

I have a similar problem with error message 0070-0012-8019-0000800. Were you successful in finding a solution. If so, could you please let me in on the secret.

1. Free space on drive C or change tmp directory in  PMB

2. Use DVD+R
