Hi all
I have an issue where my Handycam appears lifeless.
The battery was charging in the camera and all looked ok. When I returned some time later the Orange light was out but the unit wouldn't turn on.
I have checked the charger is giving out charge (8.37v), cleaned (soft brush) the battery and charging terminals, tried to reset and tried charging (power off) again but there seems no life in the unit at all.
I suspect the battery may be fully charged.
What are my next steps?
