SONY XPERIA E4 DUAL (E2115) simcard 1 no network

No network but it shows that simcard is there. It comes with an error "MM#6" in red words. Im not sure if its a software or hardware problem. No issues on Sim card 2.

It says error: PHONE NOT ALLOWED MM#6 and UNFORTUNATELY CRASH MONITOR HAS STOPPED. Please help!

try to insert your sim2 to the sim1. does it happen?

is your apn and network settings correct? try to set your network type to the strongest signal you have in your area.

try to repair your phone using PCC http://support.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
