Pb Prs-t1
Hi, I am having issue with my PRS-T1, everytime the reader goes to sleep on turning it on again it freezes after opening a book or loading the dictionnary. The firmware is up to date.
Any way to get this fixed?
Thanks

If you connect the reader to your computer (or charger), press HOME and after 15-25 min try to open a book, the reader freezes the same?
Try "Delete items in the look-up history" in the dictionary http://pdf.crse.com/manuals/4288613111/eng/contents/07/06/03/03.html
"Clear the keyboard history"
http://pdf.crse.com/manuals/4288613111/eng/contents/02/01/03/03.html
and "clean up" Browser (cookies etc http://pdf.crse.com/manuals/4288613111/eng/contents/07/03/06/06.html
and windows http://pdf.crse.com/manuals/4288613111/eng/contents/07/03/04/04.html)
"Soft Reset"
http://pdf.crse.com/manuals/4288613111/eng/contents/09/01/01/01.html
If after all these attempts reader freezes again, FOR ME, the only solution is a Hard or Factory Reset.
Attention!!!
Hard Reset deletes all contents present on reader (ebooks, authorization etc.).
After a Hard Reset, the reader is as a new one!!!
Charge the Reader completely before attempting a Hard or Factory Reset.
"Hard Reset

IMPORTANT:
