Sorry if this question has been answered before but I cannot find anything in search.
I have a PRS-300 and it freezes on startup. The battery is fully charged and I have tried hard reset but to no avail.
It has been suggested that I should reload the firmware but don't know where to find one.
Can anyone please help.
