PRS T2 problème d'allumage

Bonjour,

mon reader PRS T2 est neuf et n'a servi qu'une fois, il s'est déchargé complètement et nous avons repris l'avion pour rentré chez nous, en essayant de le rallumer à notre arrivée il n'y a plus rien à faire, j'ai essayé de le recharger à fond en le branchant sur l'ordi, quand le voyant rouge s'est éteint, j'ai essayé de le rallumer, et il y a la diode qui clignote 5 fois en orange.

et que donnent vos recherches pour trouver une solution ?

(ça c'est pour la pique)

Et l'usage du bouton reset que l'on préconise à chaque fois que quelqu'un mentionne un problème de ce type, ça donne quoi ?

Pour la solution, à priori, pas mieux que "Bucheron" :

- attendre un ou deux jours

- rallumer, si pas d'allumage,

- Recharge,

- branchement sur ordi :et si pas d'amélioration alors :

- Reset.

Si toujours rien, contacter le SAV Sony par téléphone pour voir s'ils ont une solution miracle :

Et s'il ne peuvent rien, renvoi en garantie ou échange.

héhé, le bouton reset ne donne strictement rien, à part un clignotement 5 fois de la diode en orange ... Très très bizarre

N'hésitez pas à mulitplier le reset avec des appuis plus ou moins longs. Idem avec le blouton "marche  /arrêt".

Ou factory reset :

1. With the Reader powered on, on the bottom of the device, press and hold the Power button until the Device Shutdown screen appears.
2. In the Device Shutdown screen, press Yes .
3. Press the Power button again to turn the Reader on.
4. While the screen displays opening book..... , simultaneously press and hold down the Page Turn (Next) and Back buttons.
5. Allow the Home screen to fully load (Loading... should no longer flash in the top left corner of your screen) and then do the following button sequence while still holding down the Page Turn (Next) and Back buttons:
6. Release - Press - Release the Back button only and then Release the Page Turn (Next) button.
7. In the Would you like to execute Factory Initialize screen, press Yes .
