The speaker should connect to it fine since hotspots are just normal Wi-Fi networks for other devices, it just happens to use mobile data for Internet access on the host.

That’s mean that to connect my speaker to my iPhones hotspot I will need one more phone, which will be connected to my iPhones hotspot and have installed Sony music Center, is it?

I see what you mean, I haven't tested using the app from the same phone since I usually use a PC and when out and about I prefer my headphones so I didn't think of trying this myself. But I believe it should work, even though the phone creating the hotspot is not technically connected to the Wi-Fi network, but I think it should work, yes.
