Just wanted to say that on two separate occasions I have rang the helpline number to reset my tv and have nothing but praise for the customer service people who not only talked me through the reset process, but treated me like a human being. I am a pensioner and was very dubious about resetting. They were wonderful to me and I thank you soo much for helping me.

Thank you very much for taking the time and posting this. As you probably understand, Sony Support gets very little positive feedback, except negative. Nature of call-centres i guess. I will pass on this feedback to them
