Hi All
can someone help to identify how long it will take Sony to ship a product hence you have requested and approved?
i have requested a product for more than five weeks now and it still showing on my dashboard not shipped.

in the dashboard you should have an option to contact the respective team. It is best to ask them directly.

I should like some help as well still not received an item from July 2020. Found it difficult to find a contact source. Still showing on the dashboard as not shipped

Yes, community actually goes to the gym every weekend, I've seen her there, and she is very scary.
That's why I stopped going to the gym.....definitely not the global pandemic.....yes.
