experia L auto shut down

Got this phone for a month now,my concern is.. It keeps on shutting down even im not pressing the shut down button,i noticed it happens every hour,when not used or even while using it. I tried to removed the batt for a couple of minutes,i tried putting it on safe mode, but nothing change.. Its still shutting down on it's own.. Help me please..

You can try a software repair.

Where can i get that? i tried removing my sim and memory card but stilk nothing happens it still keeps on shutting down

I have tried removing sim and battery and it still happens, but I haven't a clue on doing a repair, wouldn't know where to start
