I Can't connect to the wi-fi

When I inserted the password and click connect their only stuck on obtaining IP address..how to fix it..pleasee help me..

reboot your phone and reboot your router

double check password

reboot what?

phone: turn it off...after some a minute turn it onn

router: just disconnect from power supply!!after couple of minutes reconnect it and turn it on
