Phone Freezing at Start and Reset

My Xperia L Freezes at start

i try everything that's on forum

restar the phone on safe mode, with or without sim and sd cards.

reset factory

use the sony softwares to reset or reinstal all the updates or repair the phone

every time i install all the phone software again, it works without sim and sd cards, but if i turn on the wifi, she try, cancel, freeze and start the power on, freeze restart issue until i reinstall everything again.

what can i do? =/
