Weird talking lady you can't stop

Hey, hello my Xperia L keeps on saying on what you touch or click with its yellow outline on it and doesn't respond naturally. How do you fix this?

ahh.. I can confirm that the talkback function has been activated on your device.

To disable it, follow these steps :

If you want to scroll up or down in Talk Back mode on any of the Xperia devices, you just need to swipe upward or downward with two fingers. Opening an app or selecting an option requires a double tap.

double tap settings. Inside settings, swipe downwards with two fingers till you reach Accessability.

Double tap Accessability. then, Double tap on talkback & select off button to switch off this function.

Your mobile should be working properly now.

I could unlock with using two finger, but I am unable to do the further steps. I cannot get into settings to follow the further steps. Please help
