Chrome adware

Can anyone please help me? Every time I open Chrome this comes up telling me I won something. Can't get rid of it. Used Avg, 360 & Malwarebytes. Help!

Hi Irish7,

Sounds like you have a third party app that serves ads.

try removing any third party apps first, then make sure to clear out all your Chrome data to.

I uninstalled Avg and it seems to be ok now. So much for Avg being antiviral! I mow only have Malwarebytes on my phone.

Thats ok, we are just glad you resolved the problem, very strange that AVG was serving ads though.

That's what I thought as well. Never liked Avg much anyway. Will have to download another antivirus'. Maybe Avast. Thanks Jake
