If you want to record calls, you will need to download an application from the Google Play store, as there is no inbuilt feature in the device that allows you to record calls. If you just search for "call recording" or "record calls", there should be plenty of options to choose from.
Keep in mind that in some countries, it may not be legal to record calls without both parties being aware of the call being recorded!
