Come on guys there is no solution! I have the same issue from months and tried everything possible! Everything! My camera is dead and that's it. I am starting to think that this is on purpose to make us buy a new phones instead of doing whatever. I really love my phone, it suits me perfectly but this is so rude. I've been using the Sony brand from 14 years and have been changing my phones (maybe over 15 Sony and Sony Ericsson phones - I still keep everyone of them in their boxes, but unfortunately I can't make a picture to show them to you!) not because some malfunction but because I wanted to and loved the brand. Now I wanted to be with this phone maybe a year more but I am forced to give up because of the changed company politics. It guys, just to know it - I was one of your biggest fans and you dissapointed me so bad. No new updates for OS since 2016, no issue solving, nothing! And that was the greatest phone that you ever did! It's such a shame and I still can't believe that this is possible!
