I can not receive calls or make outgoing calls. I changed the sim card and still experience the same problem. Both sim cards are working accordingly on other phones
Hi @Seipati, sorry to hear about this.
Do you get any network connection on either of the SIM cards, or is the network bar just empty in the status bar of the device? If you haven't tried to search for available networks, I would recommend doing that.
To do that, go to Settings > More > Mobile networks > Network operators or Service providers > select a network when it appears in the list.
