Welll.. Hmmmm my mom cald and went we end up the call my phone screen was just the wallpaper nothing els no apps no buttoms nothing only the return buttom that dint work °-° also i use 5.1 lollipop and i hand to turn off my phone to fix it

Could be an app acting up, perhaps you had other apps running in the background, you should reinstall the latest update with PCC, that should smooth things out
