walkman issue

strange problem with the walkman app, whenever I play a song and open my album, it either crashes or skips the song.

Hi, have you tried repairing phone software with PC Companion or Update Service?

Be aware that this process will erase phone data completely, backup if necessary.

Try to clear data for Walkman player under settings > apps > all > Walkman > clear data. Restart phone and try again. 

If you still experience problem I suggest that you free as much RAM memory you can in the phone, swipe recent used apps to the side, don't use live wallpaper and remove some widgets from the home screen. Try again.

cleared some ram and it's working glitch free thanx Alexander for the tip.
And by the way i am considering to repair the phone via pc companion thanx gwhispererz for the Info.
