Dear sir/Madam,
I was using Xperia M for past 5 months,today morning while charging my charger burst out in socket and my device is not switching on and battery is about 15% while it was happening.. May i know that is my device dead or its switch on while i use new battery and also is my warrenty cover on that bcz i purchase the mobile in INDIA and now im in UAE,,
Please need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep the phone connected to wall charger for 1 hour,repair with sony update service after.

Keep the phone charged for 1 hour and try to pdate using pc

I followed your methods but when I put charge notification light blinks but still my device is not turned on... I was advice that it was display problem..

I had checked with the service center,they said no prob in my device but still i could not switched on... it was much frustrating. Any solution for this..

Why did not they turn it on,if there is no problem?You should have told them to turn it on.Contact sony about this:
