Hi,

I m using LWW. I purchased 2 months ago, but didn't get any updates for Android 4. When i checked in the serial number list, my Serial number starts with 1262 was not there. Is there any guess or expected date of the release of new serial numbers for android 2.3 to 4??? Please inform as soon s possible. Also want to know whether i will get any notification on my mobile regarding Android update.

is your phone locked to a network/network branded? if it is contact them as some networks are not going to release the update

Once if we root the phone, is it possible we can unroot the phone again to older version?

yes you can unroot either by using the same method or repairing your phone with SUS or PCC or flashing your phone with flashtool.
