after upgrading to ics the my astro seems to be messed up so im thinking to uninstall it but i think there is no stock file explorer or is there any ??
No there is no stock xplorer or something.The astro in ICS is a updated one so i recommned you to uninstall it and then reinstall it as it will update the version.

You can first try to update it.If the version is 4 then you are good to go.The update didnt work in my case so I had to reinstall it.This app is free so you can use play store
