can't have a lock screen wallpaper !

lately i was trying to add a lock screen wallpaper so i went to settings-display-lock screen settings-wallpaper then i changed it to one of the built in xperia wallpapers ..and it showed a loading process ..but when i checked out my lock screen ..it was the same theme that i added on the unlocked screen ..can anyone help me with that ? btw its a new phone ( 3 months old )

do you have slide lock or a different lock?

that's the reason why, it will only work with slide lock not with pattern, password, etc

oh ..well..maybe Sony can add the wallpaper change to other lock methods anyway thx for ur help

after update to 4.2.2.. we can have lock screen wallpaper when using pattern lock!

only problem is there seems to be a bug.. when i press the power button.. the screen will light up and for a few seconds,, the borders of the widgits (currently is the date and time) will show up when it didnt use to show in the pass.. minor though a imprefection.
