Recently I cannot edit any contact on the phone (Xperia Mini Pro) - whenever I want to edit a contact the RoadSync opens and gives the following message: "This is not a RoadSync contact. RoadSync cannot edit this contact" Of course it is not a RoadSync contact because there are no RoadSync contacts in my telephone (although, I do use RoadSync). How can I get rid of the message and allow the telephone to edit my contacts (some of them are stored on in the SIM and some are google contacts)?

Hi Klavs, is it possible for you to uninstall RoadSync? If you can, try uninstall and reinstall (if your still require it).
It won't be possible If it is a pre-installed app. Then I would suggest doing a factory reset. This proceed will erase the phone memory completed (SD Card not affected), make sure you backup your data. For Phone contacts you can either export to SD Card or SIM Card, as for google contacts, you can sync it to your google account.
Good luck.

Strangely enough - my phone does not seem to have the option to reset factory settings (under settings >SD and memory).
For Android 2.1, it is in Settings>Privacy.
resetting helpet. Fortunately I did not have too much to reinstall. Thanks for the advice!
