headphone compatibility for xperia ion

i am looking for buying new headphones for my new sony xperia ion because the headphones which i got inside the box was not that good as i  want .

And my question is "the sony xperia ion supports which standard for headphones is it SO CALLED "OMTP or  CTIA" "?

The Sony Xperia ion supports CTIA as sound standard.

thanx alot......and there is one more .. is ion supports flash player?because ion does not have pre installed flash player in ics... as i ask customer support they keep telling me that there is a copatiblity of flash player for ion ...and as i installed flash player by downloading apk which is 11.1 it installed . but when i go to the sites with having flash player content. it shows me that ur device does not supports flash player even it installed. and m not using stock browser . m using chrome or opera.... but is  browser matters?    plz help...... plz......

Only the standard browser has flash, the phone is weird like that. The flash player is a custom player specificly designed for the device.
