Modified software cannot be updated

When ever i tried to update shows like this and i installed FW Through Flashtool with official ICS Given from Sony Site...

Please some one help to me and am from india SI 1254-8966

How to find that bootloader is locked or unlocked

If you are able to use PC Companion or SUS means bootloader is locked

If it shows modified software means it's unlocked
