Hello guys, i've been using xperia active for 6 months now and it is a very nice phone, but one day the touch screen has become unresponsive.
Everytime when I want to click an icon on the screen or type on the on-screen keyboard I would have to tap many times and it is very frustrating.
I was wondering if I could use the warranty for this problem. Please help me guys.

I suggest that before leaving your phone to any repair center check if a software reinstall could fic the problem. Use SUS to reinstall the phone software.

But what if I've already sent my smartphone to a repair center, the worker there said that they will send my phone to it's factory, would this cause any problem to my phone and can I still perform the software update after that?
