New unknown symbol.. help?

So I updated my Xperia P  to JB yesterday and a new symbol appeared, can someone help me?...thanks

Go to Settings - > Call Settings -> Hearing Aids.
Uncheck the box there and it should dissapear. Obviously it's for people who got problems with hearing.
