Phone won't start, restarted it and everything.

My phone won't restart, it got disconnected during an update, I've forced reset it (Power and volume up) and it still won't work. I've plugged it into the computer, it recognises it for about 20 seconds, then the red light of my phone comes on, then the sony screen, then the screen turns off and the red light comes back on and repeats over and over, even when on regular charge. Please help.

connect your phone to a wall charger > let it charge for about 1hour > after one hour repair it with SUS
