The PCC tells me that the update to JB is available for my phone. I get as far as plugging the micro-usb into my phone while holding the volume down key. However, I can't get any further. What do i do to rectify this problem?

Deactivate any Anti-Virus software or Firewall software on your computer and also make sure to have the latest Java installed on your computer:
www.java.com
If problem still persists, try on another computer.
