Problem with screen shot

I have just upgrade my Sony Xperia S to 4.0 ICS, then i have a problem on trying to capture a picture or screen shot. Despite that i have trying to go to the Play Store and installing the apllication for screen shot. Then it does not work, with a screen message...No root ???...How to solve this problem?

Are you using the correct method to screen to shot as it changed after the ICS install...

Press the power button and volume down at the same time

Strange, volume up and power does it for me.

Press and hold power button and volume down button exactly at the same time and  hold them there until you take a screenshot

i think its the "at the same time" bit that confused me

I've been trying "hold vol down key down and press and hold Power"

awkward due to the proximity on this phone of the two buttons... but i've made it work now so i'm happy
