After I dropped my phone, it had some weird new settings.
Especially in the sms log.
I recieve sms fine and well. They also appear on the status bar.
But... They do not appear in the correct order in the log.
New messages dont get bumped to the top of the log, so I have to search for the new sms by scrolling through all the sms contacts i have, to finally find the one with the new sms marker. Usually all new sms bumps the contact to the top of the list for easy access. No more.
When accessing contacts personal sms log. The newest sms would be at the bottom of a long conversation, and instantly at the new sms recieved.
Some recieve all new messages from the top, going to the bottom... which means... older sms pre drop, are now at the bottom, and the new recieved sms is from the top down, somewhere in the middle... so again I have to search for the sms recieved, and search for the correct sms recieved inside the personal log.
Its very frustrating and I cannot find ANY settings anywhere to help me reset the sms log settings.
For a fix I can delete the message logs in the second problem, and start with a new conversation.
The first problem to actually have newly recieved sms at the top of the log list, really really annoys me. Try scrolling through 300 contacts to find the one who send you an sms.... EVERY TIME.
