Hi, everybody.

I cannot update my phone,or do anything (like transfering, repair) with PC Companion!
Always shows like, "try again later, the application is not installed"

do you still get an error? if so, restart your PC > disable your firewall and antivirus > run again

which OS do you have?

i use win7, i tried everything: restart my PC, remove phone-and connect again... always error....
(i cant even repair my phone, or anything)
