usb charge problem

hi, please help me.

while i am chargin my arc s by usb on pc icant use my phone.

for example i  want to try openning screen lock but it doesnt work, just like it senses too much touch. icant apply the true pattern to open it.

is anybody has the same problem?

what can i do about it,?

No, we don't have that problem.

There is a voltage problem with your PC's usb port.

Thank you dude. you are right. i tried that with my tv usb port and positive there is no problem with my phone.
