USB CHARGING !!

I want to know how to disable the USB charging when i connect my XPERIA S to PC ?

I don't see how this is possible

The USB power output is 5V

The power output from your supplied plug is 5V (Atleast it is in the UK)

So if you are pluging something into a live power output be it USB or powerpoint the power has to go somewhere and that power is used to charge your phone it is also used to transfer information between Pc and phone hence how you Pc knows that your phone has been connected

I'm afraid there's no such settings available as standard in the Sony Xperia S.

In that case you have to get hold of some kind of third part app that might be able to enhance that function. Check Play Store to find one.
