Xloud create noise in speakers

Hi sony! i want to tell you that in my xperia p, when enable xloud it causes speaker to produce bursty sound(like speakers have been old and bursty) , works well when disable. pls fixx, is it a software problem or hardware???. i have bought this phone today only, it might require software upgradation???

if possible upload a video showing the problem .

possible soluton ( not sure) , enable EASY LISTENINNG in bass mode and then try your song, i hope it will not crack now !!

also try playing 320kbps (high quality version ; officially purchased from websites etc. ) version of that song somtimes lowerbitrate song ( poor quality) cause this problem .

Check the equalizer settings. Keep the Equilizer on Off and check if you have problems with the loudspeaker cracking.

thanks aayush, today i purchased some songs of cocktail at 320kbps, and now when i play them in my phone with enabled xloud, speakers dont crack at all, xtremely helpful suggestion. xcelent sound quality now. If anybody having same problem, try disabled xloud at 128kbps songs and enabled xloud at 320kbps. its gonna work, seriously. thanks for all the replies for my problem. 320 kbps songs are available at flipkart.com.

i have said in the above post that it worked for me. but when we change some equalizer presets with xloud ON the speaker still cracks. there is no use of adding equalizer if we cannot use them. please fix.

tried playing with a higher bit rate(upto 320kbps) song, not just one, different different song  but still there is a cracking sound. I don't know what to do now??? is this a hardware problem or software??? without xloud the volume is so low. please fix this sony!!!!!!!!!!! waiting for the next ICS update with the Old ICS bugs fixed.

Try it with headphones - if it's a software problem it'll still crackle, if it's a hardware problem it won't.

thanks for replying chelseascum!! but i think xloud only enhance the loudness of internal speaker , so its nothing to do with headphones, but still thanks for replying
