Hi,

I have 2 problems with my 2 months old Xperia ARC

1. Random auto restart - I do not know the reason. It still happens even after updating the software to 2.3.4 build number - 4.0.2.A.0.42 which is latest.

2. Cracks in the body - 1 top left near sensor light and 2 bottom left near return key - Phone stays always with me and always inside the case when not in use, it was never dropped or hit to anything.

I do not know what to do, this is really disappointing experience.

If you dont remove it, how will you know?

Just a friendly and logical advise. Rememebr we are all using what they called smartphone. These guys who wrote these apk, they are smart, but not the smartest.

since it is 2 months old, it means that restart only occurs fairly recently.

It must be some application you have downloaded that is casuing that.

Go back and arrange the application that you have installed and set the arrangement to recently installed.

One by one, uninstall and monitor. I hope you find the culprit and remove it.

Thanks for the suggestion, I do not think this is a good idea to uninstall the apps and then check this is just an hit and trial.

repair your phone with this..

it will delete all phones data so backup all your files..this is for the restart problem..

for second - its a known issue..but can you upload a pic of the crack near your physical buttons..this is new..upload it ASAP..
