Is it possible to get Sky News on my Bravia KDL-40W5810

I would like to watch Sky News on my tv, but unable to discover how to do it!! I  would guess there is some way to do this but is Sky News free on freesat? Help would be really appreciated. Many thanks.

If freeview, then yes Sky News is one of the free channels, you can see a full least of available Freeview channels HERE
