Sony Bravia KDL-42W674A Apps don't show at all

Hi , 

I am in South Africa firstly.

I have a Sony Bravia  KDL-42W674A my sony entertainment network is not available my internet is working fine and I can access youtube.

My SEN button when press says Not available..

I am on version PKG4 6000GAA which it says is the newest.

I have done factory restore, around 7months it displayed the netflix app in applications  horizontal bar. But now is it not there. I am truly stumped. 

what the hell is going on ..

Please help me sony!

There should be a "Refresh Internet Content" in the Network settings. Have you tried running it?

thanks for suggestion/reply , however all my apps are back !! Must have been a glitch?
