Dear All,

I bought windows 7 ultimate,and had a clean install.I have FW-31ZJ, I have problem for playing blu-ray disks, What can I do please help me thanks

What Blu-Ray Player are you using?

You will have lost the Blu-Ray Player WinDVD BD 8 for Vaio if you have done a clean install. You can either reinstall Vista from your Recovery Discs and then UPGRADE to Windows 7 Ultimate or you will need to buy a new BD Player like WinDVD 9 Plus or PowerDVD Ultra.

It is not possible to reinstall the Sony WinDVD BD except with a full installation of the original Sony Operating System.

unfortunately as you've done a clean install of Windows 7 you have lost the sony pre-installed win dvd and so therefore to be able to play blu-ray disks you'll need to install a media player of some kind, something like Win DVD or CyberLink PowerDVD ..
