I got my vaio about a year ago and about six or seven times this problem has occured. I've been using my vaio, plugged in and then shut the lid, still charging. Then I come back to it a while later and open up the screen again, turn on the button and it goes green. However the screen stays black. The only way that I have managed to fix this is to let the power drain and then turn it on again. Obviously this is very annoying and I was wondering if anyone had this problem or could help me? Thisd problem has only ever happened when it is plugged in, I don't know if this makes a difference or not. So some/all of the times it has still been plugged in even though the battery has probably charged completely. I can answer any questions - I just need help.
