Can anyone PLEASE help me? Purchased a Vaio Ultrabook less than 2 weeks ago and the stylus pen has broken. Sony have been incredibly unhelpful and refuse to replace it for free as it's not covered under the warranty - thanks Sony!! However, John Lewis have been marvellous and have offered to reimburse any costs involved in purchasing a new one. That's where the problems begin. I have been given 4 different telephone numbers and no one has yet been able to help me to purchase this item. I am absolutely at the end of my tether...............
