I have lost my recovery disc VGN-N31S/W can anyone help me find a replacement

hi can anyone help me. Could I install windows 7 and overcome this problem or would i still need to know all the system components and the required drivers. Any help would be appreciated

If you still have the hidden Recovery Partition on your hard drive, you can make a new set of Recovery Discs - or Recover your Vaio using this Recovery Partition without discs.  The instructions for both of these are in your Recovery Guide which you can download here: -

If you have replaced or formatted your hard drive, you will need to purchase a replacement set of Recovery Discs from Sony Support: -
