I've a big problem. i bought a vaio pcg-fr415s only 6 months ago. starting from a week i cannot type some letters of my keyboard because it starts to make strange noises, without writing anything more or starting to write strange charcters on the screen. i thought it was a software problem , like a virus, but after i have formatted and reinstalled windows xp nothing is changed. i'm defintly sure it's an hardware problem cause i get the same results when i'm in the bios of my machine as well. i'm italian but actually i'm in uk studying (i bought the notebook in italy) so i wanted to know what i should do. it's very important because i need it in order to write my dissertation. how does the assistence center taketo repair this kind of problems?
