Lost VAIO tools and Fn keys

I have upgraded my VGN-CR11Z/R to Windows 7(64) and lost my VAIO tools and keyboard function(Fn) keys!

How do I reinstall?

Hi pevidea23,

I'm not sure what you mean by Vaio Tools but the Fn keys rely on a number of utilities.

• Setting Utility Series

• Sony Shared Library

• VAIO Event Service

• VAIO Control Center

• Also, if you have installed your own OS, the SFEP driver needs to be correctly installed (first) from within Device Manager.

Sony have not released these for 64 Bit on your model. In fact, apart from Vaio Update, there is no support for Windows 7.
