Sony Vaio PCG-7134M Driver Downloads?

Hi there,

I recently installed a new hard drive of my VGN-NR38E Model Laptop and discovered that it would not connect to a wireless network so I checked and it says that the drivers need to be reinstalled. Could someone please help me here as the Sony Support Page didnt list the particular model of my laptop so I was unable to find them.
