if it has a docking station with a tv card you can use that with vaio zone but if not you will have to buy a usb tv card.

My VAIO is a VGNS285H

As Kris pointed out if it came with an A/V port replicator then it has a TV tuner. Attach an antenna and use the Vaio Zone software to tune the channels. I am not sure whether the VGN-FS285H comes with the port replicator.

Otherwise you need to buy a USB TV tuner.
