I have a W1 had loads of problems went back to another branch of where i bought it and was told to take it back to my branch and it will be replaced with a W2 which is exactly the same but with out the bugs. Now i returned to my store were i purchased my W1 and no one knows of this can anyone help. Is it a know issue that the W1 has problems

Make sure you get someone's full name when you go to your branch and say "Mr X said it needs replacing with the W2", they can verify this over the phone.
