Walkman NWZ A865

My walkman stil switches on and off but the touch screen has stopped working so I can't use it at all.  I have tried the reset pin hole but it hasn't done anything, can anyone help at all?

Hi there

 

If the touchscreen has stopped working/functioning, even after a reset - im afraid to say that its more than likely a hardware issue and cannot be resolved on these forums.  You will need to contact Sony Support : HERE to arrange a possible repair.  However, if I understand correctly, this model is from 2011 which may mean that its un-economical to repair.
